Answers:

1. Why should I use claim for me?
You can make a claim on your own behalf. However the banks are often difficult and uncooperative. We have experience in fighting the banks as well as a thorough knowledge of all the relevant regulations. Because of this we believe we can obtain more compensation for you than you could acting alone. We also make the process very simple and hassle free.

This is extremely unusual and has never happened to any of our clients - you should be aware however that it is possible. If the bank does close your account because of your claim we would lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service on your behalf.
